Experienced in software MS Office, AppFolio, Tops, and Buildium. Florida licensed Community Association Manager. Certified Pool Operator (CPO). Certified Florida Community Association Manage (CFCAM).

Saved two insolvent Associations from bankruptcy. Saved an HOA 98% on their property tax bill. Formed East Coast Property Management. Initiated HOA community volunteer committees. Managed groups of 75 volunteers as a Hands-on Atlanta Leadership Trainer.  Founded and incorporated Ansley Park Conservancy, Inc. as a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing public parks.
